Join our Team of Tree Consultants

Join the AWA crew and look at trees for a living!

Due to continued growth we are looking for an arboriculturist to join our existing team of tree consultants.

We are a small friendly tree consultancy based in Sheffield. Most of our tree surveys are in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the surrounding counties, but we often work further afield and cover most of England.

We offer our private, commercial and public-sector clients a range of tree consultant services, including: BS:5837 tree surveys for development, tree risk surveys and mortgage surveys.

You will assist our team with our increasing work-load, helping us provide high quality tree surveys to a range of clients. The successful candidate will work with our other consultants to undertake tree data collection, data analysis, report writing and producing tree constraints plans, tree impact plans and tree protection plans.

We are increasingly busy, so there is an opportunity for the right person to get involved with our growing company.

Salary is dependent on qualifications experience, but likely between £21,000 to £31,000 pa.

Generous mileage allowance. Flexible working, Company funded CPD, professional memberships and training.

Skills
Qualification in arboriculture or related (L3 minimum, L4 and above preferred).
Competent in IT, ideally including CAD, but full training provided.
Good report writing skills and attention to detail.
Current driving licence.
